black bars flickering on screen when tabbing out

Hello there,
when i tab out of forza, i have black bars flickering around like crazy over forza. I didnt change anything on the computer, this just started to happen. I already installed the newest drivers after this happend, but it didnt change anything sadly. Any suggestions?

Could try to enable/disable full-screen optimization in the .exe properties. That's a setting that turns your exclusive full-screen games into borderless full-screen.
Also could try to toggle the in-game vsync option.
