Same here , over 2 weeks , i got it going for a little time , then stop working again , how driving nuts -
was thinking was VPn's , Dark net Monior - Leaks - i had some on the list , so i cleared the list .

worked for me ,
then end the game , after same time i come back to the game , stop working again ??

Bro it runs so ♥♥♥♥ on pc i have it on ultra with a rtx 3070 and i7 and no ray tracing and it runs fine most of the time but for some reason if i interact with stuff in the menu and settings it causes the game to become laggy af and its super annoying. Same thing when i put anything on extreme, it runs fine for a while, then i finish a race or change a driving setting and all the sudden it's like im playing extreme on a ps4
