Has anyone ever been banned for using the Zendo Revolusound pack and any of the recommended mods that he has on the side? Been wanting to improve the sound of the game but now i am scared to lose my account for wanting that.

Hi, Bro !

I already used it a few months ago, but for a short period of time, about 2 months. I have it in the Microsoft/Xbox store.
Whenever I was with the mod I played Offline too, I never had any warnings. I play normally online without mod.

But I recommend being careful, in the rules of use on their website it already mentions that modifying game files is liable to a permanent ban.

Hope this helps.

I know this is Necro but this is the first post that pops up on Google. As long as the mod doesn't give you an unfair advantage in any way, it will most likely be allowed. No matter what though, the decision is completely up to the developers and the best way to stay safe is to not mod at all.

Maybe, but in the same part it says:

"This category covers offenses including, but not limited to: obtaining unreleased cars, modifying game files, ..."

So it's safer to play offline when using mods
