Why is the game not on sale?

I'm sure he means for the autumn sale/the upcoming black friday. It's odd though they didn't put Forza on sale, even at its typical $40 USD. Tbh, I expected it to finally drop to $30 this sale, if not $35

We've been recently blessed with amazing new features, such as:
- Inability to launch the game for some
- laggy menu navigation for all PC players(?)
- buggy and unexciting 5 mission-long story mode involving Do Nut November Media
- 1 new Touring car and a handful of returning cars barely anyone asked for
Sacrifices of this scale need to be somehow rewarded. Or maybe they forgot due to evident overwork?
Whatever the case, they know best what's going on. Expect a price drop during Steam Winter Sale.

Can't forget ugly car pass cars. Well this isn't a new feature but still stupid. Does VIP work? I've seen a review about someone having it & getting a free vip house but then later had to buy it.

I was also hoping to get this game in the Autumn Sale but after seeing the news, the auction house is down, the game economy is apparently in shambles, and the latest update is causing some major issues, I can see why it's not on sale. Maybe they'll fix everything by winter sale next month.
