So has anyone managed to collect ALL the cars released so far?

Well, ALL the cars would include the Ford GT Opi Edition and the Ford Deluxe Five Window Coupe Forza Edition. Since these are only legally obtainable through some cross-selling shenanigans (Ford GT Opi basically requires you to live in the US and buy a specific nailpaint - and no, I'm not on drugs, google it, and the other requires you to buy a microsoft controller Forza Edition) - very few people will have those.
Apart from these exceptions, yes, I have all the cars, and I'm pretty sure that a lot of others who have played from the beginning have them too.

Every month new cars is added via Playlist, so collection won't be technically complete until playlist goes into rewind mode, which will be somewhere close to FH6 release.

For event-only cars you're missing, you'll get them all, since those cars return eventually as reward in different events, and sometimes may pop up in Forzathon Store or Super7 as time-limited offers.

I have all the cars that have been available to get so far other than the exclusive cars TheSmilingDoom has mentioned.

I hate the extreme e cars but my inner ocd says I gotta have them. I'm waiting on the mugen civic to come back, I want another.

For all of us who played since before release, yes, we have them all. This game makes way too easy.

For people who came in late and/or missed some of them, it'll be a bit hard. But just the wait, as they will be added again for sure.

there are a few cars on the FH inner game store, for example a jag and a Ferrari, price:
44 million and the other is like 40 million?

I will never generate that much cash, hell im laden with bad luck on my wheel spins, i always get low credits, then I tried to buy that AMG one Merc, a fellow steam member sold it to me for peanuts thru a organised auction...

I missed the 1st lot of cars thru events such as the:

Lamborghini SVJ and the Lamborghini Aventador J

then theres the chinese cars

1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA

yeah i need catching up, would be nice to have the special cars

Of late I have been buying what I never had either from auto show or auction but forgive me for not stumping up 20 million for cars that cant sell for 2m in auction. To be honest with a handful of exceptions 95% of the cars are almost reskins of the same car.

You know the one you bought thinking this is it this is the beast I have been waiting for yet its not a beast or anywhere near it. Do your fav circuit and put the times against each other . Familiar pattern despite some cars with what looks like a huge difference in acceleration and top speed they all clock in the same figures.

yep makes sense

i.e S2 cars are similar apart from minmor differences, its a arcade video racer, not real life exactly, but, will be nice to have the fancy stuff, the not so common cars

festival is VERY VERY EASY. You can have all things in one day. Of coures you need wait on daily but all things you can do in day of change. So I came from work sit down and start game and play and play OH its done oh what I do all week. Only daily things. YOu don t need look on yt how to USE your brain, OH we need some harder. All hot wheels achiwments done - boring ale sooo short. WE need some things for class X why they dont put X class in in ??

I own all cars except the Ford GT OPI and the De Luxe FE. Well I have a code for the De Luxe but sadly I can’t redeem it here on Steam. Hopefully somehow it will be possible to redeem it in the future.

Its so dumb that I got forza controller and got the bonus with car included, but could only use it on microsoft store and the progress there wont sync with steam. So basically I must play on micr. Store and buy forza 5 there again to get it..

ok done some research

doesn't matter if you have premium editions, or the car pack or all the DLC's

Some of these vehicles are like so rare you can only get them in special codes or certain special seasons.

Been looking for the 2020 Nissan Skyline

Saw it for 20 million on the auction, just one car, 30 days ago, been checking daily, no one sells them.

Thats only one out of the 10+ im looking for, very very rare.

So conclusion is:

Fug it, im just gonna give up, no way manz gonna get all the cars I want.

I bet there isn't even a "collect all cars" achievement.
