Is the 1993 Honda Civic EJ1 even in the game?

I really want to re-create the black with green neon civic from the first Fast and Furious but there's no EJ1 in the game? Or am I missing it?

The Eg/Ej1 is the only Civic missing in the game and I resent that. It's my favorite generation, either in Ferio or Civic form.

Maybe someday. The EG at least was in Forza 3 and Forza 4 if I remember correctly. So they have the model.

That's the only care I really, REALLY want in the game. Along side NOS and Neon underbelly lights for the cars of course, but I'd be happy with just the car itself.

If the goal is to offer popular cars then camry, civic would have far more models from past years.
