No wheel settings on the controller hub

I just bought my self a wheel, pedals, and a shifter but for some reason my shifter is not working, so i looked at google on how to solve this problem and i watched couple of videos. All the videos that i watched have wheel settings on the controller hub settings, but mine doesn't. Is there any reason or any third party apps i must download to set up my wheels?

The wheel support is rather poor in FH5 I'm afraid. Short version: if your wheel is not officially supported, you will not get much of it.

is there any alternate method to set it up? or i just have to wait?

The chances of new wheels being added to FH are slim to none (although who knows, maybe some day?), so I would not count on that.
I did see some videos on YT a while ago (had a PXN wheel as well) on how to best set it up, but overall the experience was not great.
