Where to get Subaru 22B?

How can I got a Subaru 22B to complete this achievement to get an ultra air in one? I can only find them in the action house, going for way to high a price. I'm not going to pay 5 million for one, and when I do manage to find one in the 300,000 range, they just get sniped at the last moment. What event gives them out? Or is there a specific wheel spin they show up on?

Wheelspin, season/series reward, forzathon. Won't count on that too soon since it appeared on series 7.

5 million is as good as it's going to get if you're not willing to fight the snipers. It's a good price for a rare car.

And it's a good car too. My weapon of choice for any B class dirt championship/trial that allows it.

You can get it in a Super Wheelspin, not so sure about the normal ones. If you don't want to blow 5mil on it, it comes down to patience and luck.
