Do you have a mouse that is acting up? Maybe the mouse is triggering the keyboard prompts/input. Maybe disable that, turn it upside down, or whatever you think is worth trying.
The game can instantly swap between input devices, I've had no issues with it. To me it sounds like your keyboard or mouse is sending signals and confusing the software. So I would troubleshoot this by disabling extra inputs until it goes away.
It could even be another USB device, in theory.
I've even heard people having issues with some bluetooth headsets and the game was acting up anytime they used it. It really could be anything, so reducing the amount of devices connected until you stop the issue is my suggestion.
I have tried most of this and I have updated my drivers.
Updated drivers meaning you updated the Controller firmware version?
