Festival Playlist Seasonal championships too difficult

Seasonal championships race “Blaze a Trail” for example (D class with AI mega grip…. I am not able to win those races….or need too much time to win.

But months after release I wanna login and race not searching fir tunes etc …

So maybe the seasonal championship should divided in:

1st : gets points and car

2nd - 3rd : gets only points

(So you get the points for weekly exclusive car and don’t have too much time doing races you actually don’t wanna do, instead of spending time with your favorite races/classes in this game

Street race mostly are ok but AI git too much grip in off-road races
Yes I know you gotta find the good tunes from good Players to download from but sometimes it takes time I would rather spend driving my choice of races .

Sorry I am not that bad in driving ( yes maybe too bad for you I know) so I don’t understand why the festival playlist races are that difficult and so no fun. ( yes I know they are no fun because they are too easy for you, I know :-)

One difficulty step downwards and it would be fun to come back to Forza Horizon

use a better tuned car instead?
seasonal's are a piece of cake to complete with either enough skill, or a faster car.
Get a friend to do playlist together, that makes things considerably easier and faster.

That's the one for D cars right? Pick a good tune and use brakes as little as possible. In D class every single collision or pebble hit shaves off your speed considerably so you need to have clean driving lines with the least amount of useless movement.

Meanwhile the D class ones i did them with completely stock cars and they were still doable with no issues.

I had the stock Renault and had no chance to get 1st in the race downhill

With a good tune it was better but not first

Maybe I should try the Ford

They should just let people who can't finish them to lower the difficulty and just give worse rewards or less points. The skill gap is huge between the players in FH5 so they shouldn't forcing everyone to finish them in the same difficulty.

Well, you don't have to complete all the challenges to get seasonal cars. So if some challenges are too difficult or not interesting for you, just skip them and do others.
If you want to complete the game in 100%, you need to play better, that's fair, imho.

You don't really need to search long for tunes, just pick the first one named 'seasonal' and it's almost always tuned well enough that you should have a pretty big advantage.

D class championships can be pain in butt, because of AI's unlimited grip. AI drives on rail AND has more power under the hood, while you slip a lot and lose speed, and you can't really afford that because you have no power to spare to begin with.
I did it, but can't say I had fun with it. It's not just primitive boosted AI, car selection also sucked. No C class cars, and still no Fiat or Lancia in game.

There are 3 ways I can think of to cheese it:
1. get AWD build. More grip, more stability.
2. drive like a sh**ter: cut corners, wall ride, ram AI in corners, abuse rewind for risky maneuvers
3. complete it in coop mode

when I read this I want to try it. SO I go for car to garage ya I WANT ford cortina why no? its hero of dirt rally. Then I go to tune select D and choose one form that. Thne I find the circuit or other race and play and LOL I did it on first time. Every race is easy but you must find right tune.

if you aren't tuning yourself, grab a community tune from someone like 'ugrundy' - seems to enjoy making seasonal tunes for almost all vehicles. You're probably losing the races in the corners, use your rewinds. If you're losing on the straights, change/rework your tune.

There are always posts like yours for D500 and stock seasonals. I don't know why they just don't drop the reward for completing the event, win or lose. It's not like the vehicle is super rare.
