I'm on windows 10. Also using a G923
It also happened to me when Logitech G Hub decided to install a new version. The fix for me was to do the following steps:
1. unplug my steering wheel (G920)
2. uninstall Logitech G Hub
3. download latest version of Logitech G Hub and install it
4. plug in the steering wheel
After that the FFB was back in FH5
A quick search in Google reveald that many people have tha same issue that FFB stopped working after the latest G Hub update.
Thanks for the tip.
Additionally I deleted/clear the entire app data folder for G Hub (didn't leave "keep my settings" checked either) when uninstalling, so if for some reason this alone doesn't work, try doing that too.
Yeah this did the job for me too.
I even kept all the saved profiles and had no problems. That was a big save for me because I did not remember what settings I was running for Forza and other games before.
