No Engine Sound?

Okay WTF? Sometimes my car has no engine sound, all you hear is the backfire of exhaust?

What are you using for sound: Headphones, Speakers? Are you using the wrong sound configuration? This will happen if you have a 5.1 system and you are using 7.1. There are a ton of possible issues. Maybe the game is bugged?

yhea its a bug its append when you change cars from the game ands not at a house or other

I always switch cars while in game and in my house and the engine sounds are always there? Check your sound settings maybe and see if one has been turned down or mute?

PC Speakers 5.1 .. set up correctly and working fine on other games.

Just this game. Sometimes even in Tuning Settings when I rev you cant hear the car but the exhaust backfires

developers have it in their bug fourms, i had to send a bug report because it wasnt being listed since the game came out, i did that maybe a month ago now we wait

i started having this at the series 2 update and been suffering since.devs please fix this instead of adding a 4th r35.

No it is a bug of some sorts, every time I jump into a new car or race my Engine sound goes missing. I can hear gears change and everything else but not car engine.

1minute after the sound pops back in.

Xbox doesn't have this I can tell you that as I NEVER had this issue on my Xbox.

I did everything on my side to try and eliminate the bug or what triggers it, but nothing.

When you change parts in a car, the engine noise disappears for a moment while the game loads/generates a new sound.

Not an issue, it's a bug that never got fixed since release.
