How to transfer my Microsoft save to Steam

Can I redeem my cars/levels/money from Microsoft's Forza Horizon 5 and transfer it all to my new game on Steam??

If you already have it in the Microsoft Store, there's no point in having the Steam version, same thing the other way around. Save files cannot be transfered from one platform to another.
