Forza Horizon 5
So I found out how the AI cheats for acceleration
After trying the Taycan Turbo S, for the first time (because electrics cars can finally get more gears now), I get how the drivitars are getting their unrealistic acceleration. It's not new in fact, and has been going on since Horizon 4.

The drivatars may have engine sounds in their cars, but they are driving with electric motors. How do I know this? Simple. Right at the start of the race on pro difficulty, the Taycan accelerated just as quickly as the cheating drivitars. After a few laps of catching up, I promptly passed the drivatars and left them in the dust.

So now I have to ask the developers of this game. What, is up, with that? This is strait up cheating, no matter how it's looked at, and the very reason that I no longer like your Horizon games from 4 onward. It is also the very reason why I, still, mainly play Horizon 3 for serious races with the AI; not Horizon 4; certainly not Horizon 5. The drivatars have far better behaviors and limits in Horizon 3.

If I'm being honest, I wish that I had bought the ultimate edition of Horizon 3 before the delisting.... That's on me though.

You are not alone. I would also buy it in a heartbeat if I could as I was a bit late to the Horizon franchise. Only started playing when FH4 came out on Steam a year ago.
