Multiplayer feature locked (HELP)

im literally level 116, in the hall of fame, completed horizon apex and horizon mexico, did ♥♥♥♥ tone of races around the world, did all the showcase races and i still havent unlocked multiplayer WTF DO I DO????

First go free roam > then press start if you're using controller or esc if you're using keyboard > then choose the "online" tab from there > then choose "horizon life" at the bottom right corner to make your game goes online

PS: if you wanna go back to offline mode then you could choose "horizon solo"

the issue is that all those options are locked for me

Could you provide a screenshot? Btw are you already login your xbox game account before playing?

i dont know how to but i can describe it, horizon open, friends/players, convoy, forza link and horizon life is grey and when ever i press on it a window pops up saying "feature locked there was an error communicating with the server"

You're not the only one that can't connect to the server right now cause i've read other having some trouble too. If you experience this before today hotfix then i suggest check your windows firewall or your antivirus that might block your game connection to the server

I have the same issue. I am level 48 just starting of. The online tab is open but everything is grayed out what can I do?

i found out that its because of my internet provider so i just use my phone data to be able to play online

I am having issues loading the horizon link. It says "this feature is locked. Feature not available during offline play. connect to horizon life and join again" I'm level 41. I had issues with game and had to actually uninstall steam to fix issue. it was the buggy suspension bug.
now that game is fixed my online is issue. friends tab is grey and when I click on horizon life I sends me back to car. any fix will be amazing
