Didnt got the Car from Forzathon Shop

Yeah how the title says i just went to the Forzathon shop saw oh i have 1000 Forzathoncredits and then saw the McLaren Speedtail for 700 so i bought it but then the game crashed and i didnt got the car. Must I claim the car anywhere or is it just because the crash?

You don't have to claim it, it should be in your garage. Are your 700 points gone? If so, the crash screwed you pretty hard.

Yeah they gone and the car is also not in the garage. How do I get the Forzathoncredits? Iam not sure how i got the 1k Forzathoncredits.

you get them form daily challenges, weekly challenges, horizon Arcade and some cars have 5-10 points in their skill tree

Arcade should be the fastest way to get them. You likely got the 1000 points because the devs gave them to everyone a few weeks ago. Don't remember why, some kind of apology for a major bug or something.
