FFB/Force Feedback Cutting in/out
Found a video claiming a fix for this using some software to emulate the wheel to a different device but I'm still having the exact same problem, which is when driving from every few seconds to minutes the FFB (force feedback) will stop working, like the wheel is losing connection with the game. Whatever force is being applied to your hands when this happens, say it's trying to turn the wheel right, will "lock in" when this happens so for a few seconds no matter what's actually going on the wheel is pulling you left/right - then pop, it snaps back to normal, rumble comes back, FFB comes back and all is well - for a few more seconds usually until it does the same thing. Steering inputs continue to work, as to all buttons, it's just the FFB that stops/locks.

This is the guide I found - I got it all setup and working but I'm still having the exact same issue so this didn't at all fix it. I assume it's just a bug that I'm going to have to live with until/if they actually fix it.

PC Details
i9 10900k @ 5.3Ghz on liquid
2080 FTW3 Ultra @ 2.1Ghz on liquid
32GB 3600Mhz
2TB NVMe
Fanatec V2.5 Wheel base
Fanatec Formula V2 wheel
Fanatec Pedals v2

I understand many Logitech and Thrustmater wheels are doing this - anyone else find a different fix? The one I used is this:

I know this is an old post, but did you ever find a solution? I'm dealing with the same issue and can't find any other information.
