Unplayable Framerate post Windows 11
The last time I played this game was on Windows 10 (no i can't rollback anymore) and it ran well on my 3700x, 3080, 32 gb RAM. Now the game only plays in single digit fps and is literally unplayable. My gpu usage is hovering around 10% and I have noticed that the fps is actually normal when I alt-tab (game running smooth in tiny app window).

I can't find ANYTHING that has helped remedy this and have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has fixed it.

Nothing about my pc has been changed except for my upgrade to Windows 11 which is most definitely the culprit I think. "Upgrading" to that was definitely a mistake

I run it on WIndows 11 on a 3070 Ti and it runs at the highest setting with, in the benchmark, around 80 fps so I suspect there's something else wrong on your end.

Lock at your settings..... FPS locked at 20 FPS..... change this and it will run again....

Runs great for me on win 11 with over 100fps at 1440p on a 6800xt.

Can try and set your power profile to high performance and see if it changed anything, if not you can set windows to to use the high performance GPU or the energy efficient GPU, I know you have just 1 GPU but windows is well not vary smart sometimes.

Right click on your desktop and click on Display settings and scroll down where it says Graphics and click that and then you'd have to find Forza in the list and make sure to set it for high performance.

Good luck!

Hey Everyone, I launched the game again to test out the methods you have suggested. The game works fine now but I did not change any settings in the game or control panel. The only thing I changed on my PC was disabling the search function from the taskbar (to remedy a different windows 11 bug lol)

But anyways, thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate it. I was very bummed out thinking I might have to wait until a Windows 11 patch
