Why is the forzathon so dead now?

I remember back in FH4 you'd have like 20 people playing the same forzathon live event but now you're just on your own constantly, it's like nobody plays it.

its not completely dead, its cuz mosly the lobby your in dosen't have much players, idk why but mostly horizon life sets me in a lobby with 3 or 4 players !

And events are every 15 minutes or so instead of every hour. It's easier to get in one, but having events 8 times as frequently does mean they're usually solo now.

I do like them being easier and having choices about the type, but it is sad it removed the community feeling.

I'm often in lobbys with 6+ people, everywhere I go I usually see someone doing something. Mainly at the festival tho

Same, doing forzhaton is usually easier and quicker solo as well and, save from when theres a weekly event requiring to participate, you earn enough points doing other things.

because many of players can NOT run the game, its BROKEN FFS. crashes on launch with i9 12900k & rtx 3090 , before nvidia update everything was fine, and support of the game cant help at all

Because the max amount of people in each session in FH5 is about 10-15 players. So, you need a little luck to find more than two or three willing to do the arcade at the same time. I also usually do the arcades solo, but its how it is. Until these guys start worrying more about fun and things done right, instead of $$$ all the time, this is how is gonna be. Its way cheaper and easier to keep the servers with 10 people sessions instead 75-100 like in FH4. They already got a lot of profit from FH5 and counting (i know, ridiculous but its how it is videogaming industry of today) so, they are fine with the state the game is it now.

the bugs are really bs, ever since they updated they stuff my game freezes for a second when a race starts or when it puts me back to freeroam

Has it ever not been? I think the most I ever saw in a single one at the same time was 3 people. Myself included.

I've seen like 10+ people consistently back in FH4 but now in FH5 it's just kinda dead and boring.

The change in Forzathon format was meant to increased participation but they blew it. I'm fine with what is there now however we need the old Forzathon back as well.

well they increased the amount of them which makes them less crowded and the open dynamic lobby system doesnt help it since it works on some distance based player loading
