Horizon Promo - Traffic & Special Cars
You might have noticed that some traffic cars and cars in Horizon Stories/Expeditions (Beetle Taxi, Monster Truck, Alejandra's Flatbed Truck etc.) don't register when photographed. This video gives the solution. TLDR: you must be in Horizon Solo for it to work.
