It's not so much that the drivatar's and traffic spawns in; that in itself isn't the problem, as I see it. It's how they spawn that irritates me. Where Turn 10 to increase the spawn distance, it would easily solve the annoyance. Only in NFS Heat and Forza Horizon games do I never want to drive in the map, due to how horrid the npc spawning is.
Online isn't that bad. It's just very empty. I recently decided to go online after all these months because of the same problem you're facing. The free-roam A.I is cool and all, but after a while it gets extremely annoying. And FH5 seems to have twice the amount that FH4 had.
I agree. There should be an option to either disable them, or lower their numbers, as an alternative of going online.
Already answered OP in another thread that to disable drvatars you need to play online. Don't understand why you would want tio play offline unless you don't have internet in which case you will be stuck at login anyway.
But nah though, I can play the game completely offline. All I had to do was enable offline permissions for Horizon games. That won't be possible if you're on Steam, but it will if you bought the game via the MS store.
Well these are Steam forums aren't they?
Still by playing offline you miss out on plenty of events and rewards and while playing online you have drivatars disabled, AFAIK there is no other way to turn off drivatars, not that this is somthing that they must do for the very few people that play this game offline anyway.
Well that's highly inconsiderate of anyone playing offline; especially when those players bought the game too, but okay let's roll with that... Since Turn 10 has never once turned the drivatars off or even toned them down a few notches, it's safe to say that they really don't care. As much as it sucks for anyone playing this game offline; a drivatar toggle is probably not gonna happen.
