how does it run? im looking for smooth 60 fps on high - ultra settings, is it possible? does it crash a lot (the game)
do you have to turn off your anti-virus in order to run it? Thank u so much..

I have a 1070 ftw editon and the game runs great for me. Ive heard people saying that disabling anti virus will improve game performance and stop the crashing.

Yes Im running it with a i7 8700K, 1070GTX 4GB, 16GB system dram.

Im running in 2560x1440p resolution on a Windows 10 machine (stay away from Windows 11)

My frames are general around 100, sometimes higher sometimes lower and my settings are default (I think most things are on high).

Smooth as butter...Driving 150+ mph I dont feel a need to use ultra graphics as you wont notice any visual difference when racing so fast...it's a waste of resources, IMO.

As far as anit-virus....I use Norton/Symantec and have zero issues with crashing or game performance here. You cannot run a machine which is hooked into the internet these days without protection running in the background 24/7.

Nevermind...I made a BIG typo...Im actually running on a 1080 GTX, not a 1070. I apologize to the OP as I've been doing tons of shopping/searching for a new 3070 gpu and that "70" has been stuck in my head!

8700k, 1070, 32gb ram, yadadadada. At 1080p Ultra settings it held from about 50-70 in game HOWEVER. And that's a big however, its pretty much pegged at 98-99% usage in the menus chugging at 15-20 fps and many lockups in there. Even had a few completely crash my PC. I didn't have any antivirus issues.

What impressive though is I moved to a 1440p monitor day after early access hit and I barely lost any fps. The game is incredibly well optimized but man the server issues are a killjoy. I've turned it down for the sake of stability but YMMV. Good luck!

Runs great for me on a mix of high ultra settings, only one crash. Can't speak for AV other then Windows Defender and MalwareBytes which haven't caused any issues.

I have 1070 and the game doesn't run well at all! in compare with FH4! it run on max settings 2k between 50 - 60 FPS, but this one is crappy! I dont know why!

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with a GTX 1070, 16GB of ram and a 500 GB SSD that the game is installed on. I had terrible FPS issues (1-20 FPS, yes 1) until I turned off game bar. Turn off game bar and you'll get 60-90 FPS on ultra preset

While trying to figure this issue out, it boggled my mind when the game ran faster out of focus. Don't let this be you

Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16, 1TB partition on a 2TB NVME RAID 0 and ofc a GTX1070. Runs fine on 60 FPS (locked) on high/ultra settings.
