Geometry, Textures on ultra and shadows on high. Rest on maximum quality.
Don't try geometry and textures with 5700XT on high. It looks bad compared to FH4 with many sprites and other low res assets around you.
Hopefully there will come better vram-allocation, it feels broken yet.
Thanks. Worked as you instructed. But can´t play the game because of crash to desktop (tried really all, no antivirus, no windows defender, no processes at the background, no overlay, offline+online, all clean at my system no crappy apps. sorry to say)
...
BUT i'm excited to see how the game goes with my 3080 and Ryzen 9 3900x. of course on ssd ...
God Bless
But they need to fix some of the graphics settings because they aren't working properly. Some textures in the distance just don't load properly and antialiasing seems to be broken also.

Digital Foundry also talks about it at 8:50 in the video.
Game looks stunning, runs at a stable 100 fps maxed out at 1440p.
Forza Horizon 4, same PC and Same settings 100+fps at 2560x1440p
