Crashes on the playground games logo everytime

I have tried

Updating windows and drivers
uninstalling all overlay programs
uninstalling discord
Restarting pc multiple times
Installing the vcredist x86 and x64
launching in offline mode and compatibility mode
uninstalling all my antiviruses
disabling firewalls


someone tell me what to do



EDIT: What worked for me was installing avast, and uninstalling it instantly, also disabling quite literally everything that launched on startup.
Hopefully we can get a fix as soon as possible, so that we wont have to specifically disable everything for one game.

Are you using avast? Turning it off didnt help, but turning on passive mode worked...

I have tried all of that as well...not sure what to do at this point but wait and hope they address the issue soon.

Hello. Same here. i´ve tried everything like you did .
My Windows 10 has latest updates.
My (Nvidia) Driver is up to date with the latest hotfix few days ago.
Running as administrator.
I disabled all background processes. I hope not for DEinstall completely my firewall (Comodo) from my PC . (why ? i disabled, closes it.)
I disabled windows defender. No firewall or Antivirus is active now.
Nothing worked.

Since Forza 4 (what i must refund because of not getting started ) no other game caused this issue for me !

PS: I know there are some more discussion threads here talking about this problem(s) . I was reading them all... we are not alone

my game crashed after 1 hour now now i can't lunch it like you. It crashed after i received Rewards for purchasing So now when my Profile is being loaded the game crashes. If i remove steam Used Data the game wont crush but wont create new Probile either

Just FYI, I used Avast AV, and disabling it wasn't enough. Once I completely REMOVED avast (replaced with Avira) it worked great.

But I don't use Anti virus at all and there's nothing open in the task manager. I do not know what to do

Lol never ever am i going to uninstall or turn off my anti virus or my discord for a casual kids race game xD

I’ve been having exactly the same problem. I didn’t want to uninstall my antivirus just to see if it would run.

In case the developers look through these, I’m running on Windows 10 21H1 19043.1288 with an Intel i5-10500H and an RTX 3060 laptop GPU (Driver ver. 496.49). I also use Avast as my antivirus.

Unfortunately, I decided to get a refund in the end. I do sincerely hope they patch things out for everyone.

what's the point of asking for a refund since we'll have to use it on Steam itself! .... I just want it to work, a lot of people are able to Play and the minority is not. even with Optimal computers and with up-to-date parts it doesn't Wheel... There is some reason!

same i had the early version and i got up to the festival and i turned off my game and crash when loading profile. asked for refund waiting on day one patch
