I Just waited 10 minutes between 2 online races hearing 2 dudes making the " SLUURP " sounds while drinking water , and knocking on some metal object ?? I want an option to mute other players , it isnt difficult .

What you can do: Disable voice chat in audio options.

Just press pause, go to online, go to friends/players , highlight the player you want to mute, press a, select mute

Or if you dont want to do it with every single one each.. go into your microsoft account privacy settings and turn it off. It's hard to find but it's there.

I have microphone disabled for Forza Horizon 5 disabled on my PC settings, however I haven't tested it in an Online race with people talking....

One race that I was in had someone talking, which prompted me to see if I can do something about it. I'll let you know if I can find a fix and post it here.

You can mute all via Xbox Overlay (Win+G), or in privacy setting of account on xbox.com

I think an in game option is necessary. Had a group of guys using raciest terms while I was just try to do a dirt circut :(
