How do I Switch Radio Stations?

Hey I apologize if this is a n00b question but I cannot figure this out. Right now it seems as if I only have one radio station, and I can't figure out how to switch to another one. When I hit left on the D-Pad, it's either the one radio station, or the radio turns off. Am I missing something?

Youll unlock more radio stations when you make progress in the game

I had a couple of radio stations after the first few events. When you have multiple events on your map you are able to change to multiple radio stations

It's weird. I have tons of events on my map and still it seems only one radio station. It's either that one station or off.

Mine was stuck on one station for awhile. I went so far as to look in the key binds to figure out how to change the stations (and they didn't work). It wasn't until I got a tips pop up on which keys to use to change the station that it actually started working.

Huh, I guess I have to keep playing to unlock that popup. REALLY weird design decision, but okay I guess.
