GPU at 100%
The moment I have the game loaded, my PC crashes. I checked my Task Manager and the game uses up 100% of my GPU. I have a 5700XT, and the only way I can play the game is at the lowest settings and resolution scale. I have done all the basic stuff, like updating my drivers and closed everything else besides the game and no dice. Is it just the game, and I need to wait for an update for the game or my drivers??

AMD so likely drivers as this is a new game and AMD are asleep most of the time.

100% GPU usage is normal unless you cap the FPS. Lowering the quality only renders more faster so wont help load or heat. Unless you have a cap or VSync at 60.

GPU utilization being at 100% is the ideal scenario, if it wasn't maxed out you'd have a bottleneck.
Personally I'm not effected, but a lot of people are experiencing crashes, the support team on twitter already wrote some instructions on how to possibly get around the issue, also confirming that they're working on a fix. Nothing wrong on your end most likely.

So the thing is when it hits 100% usage, after a few seconds, my PC shuts down. I don't know if its a fail safe issue, Because my GPU is getting up to 100-110 degrees Celsius.

your psu is 100% faulty, it takes 1 game to trigger it, but there is no scenario where a game crashes your pc or forces a restart

Is you cooler spinning? Is there any airflow in your case? Maybe there's dust buildup blocking off fresh air.
If your GPU is at 100°C something's messed up.

Everything is working as it should. I checked and cleaned all the fans, as well as the whole set up. And I have the side panel off of my case.

Jesus christ it seems like temps of up to 110°C are "normal and expected" for the 5700XT.
Well then I'm on board with Dyn4mik1, it's probably your power supply.

I dont think 100/110 is normal for any silicone. Likely why your system shuts down.

That's what I thought, but it seems to be within spec, AMD even says these temperatures are expected with the 5700XT. Also your system normaly won't shut down because of an overheating graphics car, the card would normally just throttle.

Thats most likely the Hotspot Temperature of your GPU (i think the 5700 XT is rated for arround 100 degrees before it clocks itself down)so i your GPU is a bit to hot.
From which manufacturer is your GPU? (MSI,Gigabyte etc?)

I have an RX 5700 non XT (MSI Gaming X) and on Ultra @ 1080p the Hotspot always stayed between 80-85 degrees (though it is a very beefy cooler)

i also run a 5700XT. do not use the recommended settings, you will crash. i set it to medium and turned off msaa and lens effetcts to start. then i slowly started tuning it up until i got it working great. but for some reason msaa really ♥♥♥♥♥ with this card on this game.

also make sure you dont have a browser running any kind of steaming service (twitch, youtube, etc) while playing this. also if you can turn off your second monitor youll save a lot of extra processing power in this game.

my seeings in game for graphics are (from top to bottom)
Custom
High

Low
Ultra

average fps @1080p: 121

Thats most likely the Hotspot Temperature of your GPU (i think the 5700 XT is rated for 95 degrees before it clocks itself down)so i your GPU is way to hot.

I'm pretty sure Its straight from AMD. Also im pretty sure this is the only game that makes my GPU run this hot.

Yep,7nm is very small and 200W tdp on such a small chip can get quite hot.

GPU are supposed to be at 100% if they are not then you have an issue lol
