crash by clicking "start game"

i am facing a weird problem
when i am logged in my microsoft account and click start game button the game crashes immediately, but this problem fix if i log into any other account,, anyone facing same sh...t??

go to your install folder and search for FH5.exe rightclick>properties>compabilit>and check run as administrator
Avast and everykind of antivirus is killing the game

didnt work, im already playing on my new account but when i switch to my main account game crashes on main screen
