Reset Save Game

Hey Everyone

As the title says, is it possible to Delete/Reset a save. If yes how?
Google was not my friend this time around.

Really? There's no way to delete your save file and restart the game on the Steam Version? That really sucks, as I would love to restart the game, now I have my setup with my wheels and stuff right.

go to steam userdata and click on your steam id folder. There should be a folder 1551360 (make a backup of this in case im wrong). Delete the folder and launch the game offline and you should be in a new game.

You are awesome man, tried your method also works from my end.

Just to add : When you play Forza 5 again in Online mood, there's a msg prompt you to select either upload cloud save game <>replacing current machine save game...You need to select otherwise.

Where can I find the save files? Can't find it anywhere at all

this pc/local disc (c:)/program files x86/steam/userdata/your id folder/ 1551360

Does not work as of December 2022. Game gives me an "Invalid Profile" error code E:47-0, and forces me to either load a backup save or not play the game. Help pls?

I had to fiddle with it a bit, but basically:
>Open forza horizon 5
>Change user account at the main menu of the game
>Close FH5
>Disable steam cloud sync on FH5
>Delete Userdata for FH5
>Disconnect from your internet
>Open FH5
>----This is where you will get an error message saying you need to be connected to sign in, ignore this
>Close FH5
>Connect to internet
>Open FH5
>Sign in to your old account

At this point it took me to make a new save. Again, it might require some fidgetting but those are the steps I took

has backup save and i load in offline too my save
