High FPS but Stutters

Anyone else experience a high frame rate (100-160s) on Extreme and still experiencing stutters? It's like the game slows down immensely, but the frames stay high and have experienced the "Low Streaming Bandwidth" error/report several times.

AMD 5800x, GTX 3080ti, 16GB RAM, NVME M2.0 SSD - all drivers up to date - according to task manager, nothing is going over 50-60% utilization and the game is set as "high priority"

Im playing on 2560 x 1440p, 3080 ti, i7-11700k, 32 GB 3600mhz ram and playing on the Samsung Oddesy G7 and I get 120 fps on everything maxed out, game was fine for a while not its just stuttering with no fps drop even on Solo mode, I'm sure its on their end but its annoying.

Yup, mini lags, as if its rubberbanding while driving.
Also while night everything is terrible. And ofcourse after a couple hours playing, the game dumps itself into a nightmare.

Running the game on:
I7-8700K
32 Gigs of RAM
RTX 3090
NVME SSD (970 EVO 1T M.2)
first run when started, the game runs smoothly with 140fps on 2K monitor.
Sadly after a couple hours.. yes.. the dump to horrible gameplay.

I remember that this was the EXACT same problem with FH4, and it fixed after a couple updates... Because FH4 was perfect after the updates.
But hey, we shot ourselves by pre ordering this. But yeah i thought because FH4 ran well they would get FH5 even better.. Boy was i wrong.

Still, i will enjoy it and restart the game and keep breaks between the restarts.

Curious if those having this issue disabled motion blur, because I typically disable it as well but read a review that stated he got stuttering when he disabled it but if he left it on with the short setting the stuttering went away.
This is what I did and have not had any issues so far on my 5900x/3080 setup running Extreme @ 1440p.

Having these same issues. FPS is generally between 90 to 145 but it often doesn't feel that smooth.

I had same issue, capped FPS to 60 and set Vsync on and it was gone.
I was getting 80FPS 4k Exteme before and it was terrible, something wrong with over frames.
I also have Gsync monitor.

Interesting...my motion blur is indeed disabled.

I will enable with Short and see how it is for awhile.

This was happening after I changed the settings. I restarted my PC and the stutters vanished but then after I did a bit of work and started the game back up the stutters began and only went away after I restarted my PC.

Specs:
RTX 3080
Ryzen 7 5800x
16GB 3200MHz
Game is on an NVMe Gen4 SSD (XPG Gammix S70 Blade 1TB)

well at least im not alone.
9900k 1440(non g-sync) 144hz rtx3080ti and yeah, all settings max, benchmark says constant 95 fps+ and no massive fps drops. In real world 105-120 fps.
But game just feels incredible slow, like 20 fps.
Ive tryed already everything. Switched monitor to hdmi and even took another monitor with 60 1080p. I've tryed all settings. Nothing really happened. Also i noticed that there is no MSAA at all. Maybe they gonna fix it someday.

Same problem here. I am getting intermittent stuttering, somewhat drastic frame drops, and a strange screen "banding" effect in the center of my screen while playing.

NVIDIA 3090FE
128GB RAM
Latest Windows 10 and drivers

Almost nobody is alone with this issue.
Its something thats wrong with the game.
Funny thing is the same case was with Horizon 4 as well..
Its a good question why they didnt fix this at launch,
but they did fix it quickly in Horizon 4.
Im sure they are aware of it and will take action..
Otherwise people wont be too happy hehe

I have micro stutters in FH4 from time to time, when playing online.
Offline is super smooth.
Probably the same thing with 5. But can't tell until 9th.
