Another weird stutter issue I experienced in FH4 is that I would get micro stutters here and there, go into video settings change the refresh rate from one setting to any other one, then back and the stutters would be gone, sadly this doesn't work for FH5. I have my frames capped at 98, I've tried uncapped, no g-sync, yes g-sync, lower settings, still get random stutters in FH5.

FH4 was totally fine.
CPU load is less than 2% when no application running.
It seems obvious bug on PC version.
I think it will be fixed sooner or later.
The stutters give me bad motion sickness.
I'll play on Xbox Series X for now. It is totally fine.
I have G29 (PS/PC) but I cannot use on Xbox.

It happens all the time if played in Extreme and slightly less, but at least once every other race (usually travelling to) when on Ultra.
The game also crashes at random places, although almost always when it is about to load in a race or switch to a cut scene. Playing on Game Pass.

Game is installed on an NVME but still stutters a lot, if I unlock the fps it goes between 70~80fps, if I lock with vsync+in-game or rtss limiter it drops to 55~57fps constantly, not as smooth as FH4. I'm playing on High settings, tried solo mode, medium settings, but it's still bad.
Almost the same RIG here. Installing Nvidia Studio drivers and limiting fps to 72 fixed 99% of my stuttering. Still little hickups when entering new zones. Must be texture streaming issue. Not sure if driver or game related. Waiting for patch...
I think in game FPS counter is not really true to display what's going on.
It seems internal process is clogged and skipped frames, but display timing is still kept.
The fake non-updated frame is counted as valid frame and kept high FPS.
Then it become high fps with same frame redraw (appeared stutter).
It's obvious and annoying bug, so I hope dev address this issue soon.
After 2-3-4 hour FPS drop from 150-160 to 30-40. Only restart help =(
