nope your CPU is your Bottleneg.
My 3090 with my 10900k is every time...every second on 99% GPU Usage.
If you race through grad and tres etc, the CPU need power and then you will have slowdowns.
If your GPU ever not constant on 99%, there are only 2 options.
1 Options Bottleneg
2 Option FPS cap
ok third option, poor optimization ... but its not the case here.
then explain to me why is the game for me running great but after like one hour the game starts to stutter and then when I restart the game it works just fine but hour later it starts again
