Regional pricing?

Anyone knows that? In my region some of Microsoft games like FH4 has regional price but some of them like Flight Simulator does not.
FH4 Ultimate Edition price is equal to a new AAA release like Cp2077 at launch.
Flight Simulator Standard Edition price is equal to 2x of an usual AAA price!!!

Horizon 5 is actually slightly cheaper than Horizon 4 for the UK...Microsoft and their inconsistent pricing across all regions confuse me.

I mean I understand Valve's suggested price for Turkey is way too cheap and I was expecting somewhere in the middle but damn boy Premium costs nearly half of my rent.

I never played a FH game before but I had decided to preorder this one but with this unfair price, I have to pass. I mean it's more expensive than Dying Light 2 Stay Human!
