Regional pricing?

Anyone knows that? In my region some of Microsoft games like FH4 has regional price but some of them like Flight Simulator does not.
FH4 Ultimate Edition price is equal to a new AAA release like Cp2077 at launch.
Flight Simulator Standard Edition price is equal to 2x of an usual AAA price!!!

FH4 had regional prices, so the base game price was 1085 rubles but I don't know why the base FH5 cost 2999 rubles which is A LOT! Its nearly 3x more expensive!

That's not true, FH4 was priced accordingly to my regional currency while it was 60$ US, FH5 does not.

There is nothing to fix, Valve "suggests" prices, that's all. They will probably decrease the base prices after a year or a 2.

Gears 5 and psychonats 2 launched new with the price of 1085. Ori and the will of wisp also launched with the appropriate regional price

Dunno why they are trying to hike prices so much, people will just use game pass in this case, if it was cheap many people would be using game pass AND buy game on steam at the same time.

Would have pre-ordered if it had regional pricing like FH4, now I'll maybe buy it on discount down the line. That's what will happen with most people living on regions where $100 is a ton of money.

35$ for standart. Not ideal but i like Microsoft started doing somewhat real pricing for cis. Sick of having 2x-5x bigger Steam prices than in Russia, while having about the same (or even less) average monthly salaries.

I would say it's ideal(for me, at least) I just pre-ordered the premium edition for 58 USD instead of 100 EUR from MS.

In my region it costs more than it does in the US, even though we don't even earn half as much. It's because publishers are lazy and set the price the same for all EU countries, in contrast in Moldova which is literally less than 10 Km from where I live you can get games for like 30% of the cost because they never joined the EU.

Yep, in my region the price is +150% of Steam suggested price, that's a lot.

Will there be a change in the prices thats been increased by Microsoft recently, probably back to Valve regional prices?

Can a representative confirm that as a "No"? Only worse thing than spending all this money on this is for it to then change at release or a few days later.
