Place to buy Pet Health/Defense/Attack Up (the S / M sizes)

I have completed the item journal except for some random S / M sized Pet Stat Up items, and... I don't think anyone sells them anywhere? I traveled around checking shop, but couldn't find it. They basically have never dropped for me, 45 hours into the game. Any options?

Hi, i checked the game code is apparently one of the shops in Kreyshore should have them?
