During Early Access.
Each crash required New Game.
Release 1.0 also required New Game to access its new content.
In each case: before I could complete all the game's Quests that earned said achievements.
One crash was so severe that it triggered Windows Repair into trying to restore corrupted components; in the end, it took 6 hours of Microsoft Corp downloading and installing Windows 11 Repair Version to fully reinstall Windows.
IOW, this device's OS took major damage playing Early Access. Never again with an essential computer.
I've since also learned how to manually back up bedtime-saved game plays at will, so that I can go back and replay any previously-played day, season, year or Game if a fatal error ever loses everything on me again.
Finally: I also played the game backwards without realising it.
Discovery: do all Quests First; THEN do Big Farming Finding Fishing Furnishing...
Are you still trying to get the missing achievements or do you now only maintain a nice farm and house?
The Mansion is rather spartan this 6th time around — nothing much upstairs; workstations, Big Storage Racks and minimal decor downstairs. The farm is now fully set up for growing crops after the Tears of Ishu Quests and their related Quests are completed (Ishu is a Habaro—source: Urushu, so the Tears will definitely get re-sealed).
Meanwhile, Abrill is Chatting and servicing Commissions along with Loved or Liked GIfts to more quickly advance Islanders' Hearts Charts to trigger the last of the Tears of Ishu Quests along with a few other Quests not yet triggered — Horace & Danika, Yutu's Cat, etc.
