Mushrooms disappeared on logs
:steamsad: I had five bleeding tooth mushroom spores (got from a mission I think) on five different logs inside my large greenhouses and by the time they were finally ready to harvest today only one was left. (Edit add - just incase brought up again, according to the wiki the Medium and Large greenhouses can be used for mushroom logs to plant out of season) I noticed them disappearing one by one on the logs each day I logged on, but was just hoping it was a glitch and they would be there at the end, but nope. It’s bask season so I needed them in the greenhouse, but this was the only type of mushroom I’d seen this happen to at the time. I wouldn’t think they died since they are safely growing in the greenhouse, but sadly I have no spores to replace them until they are in season. I also have Whistler coverage over each greenhouse incase that matters. Just wanted to bring the issue to light incase it is a glitch. I of course, did witness it happened to multiple other mushrooms eventually in the coming days after this post was made.

The greenhouse makes no difference when it comes to the mushroom logs. You have to go by seasons.

According to the wiki, the greenhouse does make a difference for mushroom logs as well. They can be planted out of season in the medium and large greenhouses. I just noticed that it has happened to multiple others, I guess since they weren’t rare in the past, I didn’t pay as much attention. A bunch of my Shiitakes are missing and The Eyes of Astra. It just makes no sense that my mushrooms are just up and disappearing. It only seems to be happening to my more rare mushrooms, which is BS. They don’t even just stop growing, they disappear altogether. It says none are growing, even though they were growing fine for several days.

Correct, we updated the wiki recently since the devs fixed the out of season issue. The logs should work out of season in the greenhouse. The only thing I wonder is how old is your save? Maybe take the logs apart and rebuild them. And also verify your files using steam. My save is from Patch 13 and also have one from 1.0 and both work with out of season shrooms.
