I play WoFI on a Gigabyte Aorus 15 XE4 gaming laptop (Google finds its specs); I posted its WoFI graphics options settings in Steam Community screenshots a few months ago. Still runs just fine with those settings since 1.0 was released. WoFI does work its NVidia GPU pretty hard, though... :-/
The NVidia RTX 3070 Ti runs much cooler at under 50% capacity; so the cooling fans spin much slower and quieter too, instead of hissing loudly while the GPU ran at 100% capacity as it did during Early Access.
Image quality is quite good—with clearly defined anti-aliased edges and richly coloured imagery—to which myriad Community screenshots will testify.
BTW, my Resolution is set to 1280x720 with Full Screen set to Off (i.e., it's windowed)—so convenient when often switching to homemade game notes, 41 previous game's Map screenshots, and so on.

Intel 12th Gen i7 (12700) CPU
NVidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU
NVidia Control Panel: GPU Preference/Priority is set to NVidia because, per Enjoy Studio, this game figuratively chokes to death on Intel's Integrated Graphics processing.
My machine's drivers and software are also auto-updated by IObit performance utilities—quite crucial to both machine and game performance.
So, no: aside from this game running on a machine that is under the game's minimum specs and/or has its RHI set to DX12 which is reportedly quite prone to developer-coded bugs, I really don't understand the issue(s) that cause poor quality imagery and performance.
Baffling, isn't it?
Okay, it works with DLSS ans maximum quality graphics.
Edit : the game turn correctly ^^
BEthesda but how much game breaking bugs in this game ? Devs working on fixing things? etc.
