Please read the FAQ post.
There are currently no plans for languages other than English & Polish in the Early Access release. There might be more languages added after the full release, but it's not promised.

Hello! Are you considering the very possibility of adding Russian?
No languages are being worked on that they've spoken of, they added 2 on the 1.0 release.

As being said, there is no plans for russian localization.

Жаль, что планов делать русскую локализацию нет. Значит будем ждать русификатор.
Понятное дело, о покупке игры, в таком случае и речи идти не будет.
