Both of them can be found near to your mansion. You can collect honey from bee hives, and morels grow on the ground

or is there something that protects against them ?

You just have to run faster than they fly, but there are ways to get rid of them or make your own beehive ;)

To build beehive you have to own blueprint for that, they can be found in shops or chests. To catch bees you have to acquire item that can be used to catch them and other small animals

Morel are right next to your back yard. The catch is that they are quite small and hard to see. They can easily hide in taller grass or bushes and can be mistaken for misc foliage you cannot pick up.

You can buy honey at the grocery lady near town hall. Not far from the bakery and clothes shop. Go up the hill.

Also, after the patch today... no trouble finding morels anymore! Hahahahahaha!!!! Well played devs! <3

For those still looking for honey... You do not need to go all the way to the market to get it. The Seed Shop, next to the carpenter sells it, just not through the cash register. If you look at the back wall of the store you'll see a bookshelf with honey jars on it. If you approach it you can interact with it and purchase a jar for $25.00
