In the ocean beside the light house, there are two or three chunks of ruined wall in the water. The camera will be hanging on the side of one of them. Keep in mind, the camera doesn't sparkle like other pickup items do, so you have to look for it.

Even w/ this tip I still cant find it =/ anyway to post a screen shot. I feel like I am just missing it

Go to the right of the main beach. Search pathways.

It doesn't seem to be in the depicted area in my game. Unless it's only there after completing a certain achievement?

To unlock camera you have to start quest with it. And about location, it was changed in last hotfix to make it easier to find.

To get camera. Get Rebecca to 1 heart, she will send a letter. talk to her and do her quest. et voila, CAMERA.

beneath the ruins by the lighthouse, hanging from the rubble.

I have Rebecca at 3 hearts and haven't received a quest yet.

If you are on your broom over the ocean looking at the lighthouse, look to the right there is a ruins building, look down under the ruins to the edge of the water there is two pieces of wall, the piece to the right should have the camera hanging on the right side of it.
