Discord Steam players?

Does anyone have a Discord server that helps serious players try to match together?
I'm picking up the difficulty to Extreme, and I've tried a dozen times unsuccessfully on the second mission and between lagging out, and people who don't have the team ethic to attempt it, it's starting to get frustrating. Plus communications would help a ton, and maybe Discord could help with that?
