Its very inexpensive on sale, ive actually bought it for multiple to friends and only 3 is required for a full group.
Menu > Settings > Crossplay
Enable Challenge Cards : Most players play with it Enabled.
Click On Any Mission > Challenge Cards
Difficulty : Try different difficulties. The majority play on intense, extreme and insane.
Click On Any Mission or Quickplay > Difficulty
Matchmaking Fix : If you ever get removed from a group, disconnected from the host player or sit in the hangar for too long, the matchmaking can get messed up and make it feel like no one is playing. And when you do connect with someone, it seems like there are bad connections from there on out.
To Fix This :
Exit To Title Screen > Continue Game > Relaunch Mission or Quickplay
Quickplay : Is a feature that unlocks after completing the base game. It allows players to find a team instantly. You are able to select the difficulty but the missions are random.
You are welcome to join the AFECM. There are other Groups.
And the Official Discord[discord.gg].

PS: Other than that, if you enjoy a blant, empty game, where the maps are half finished, unused areas, scripted predictable spawns, lack of actual A.I director to give you a random choice of which route you actually will be following through different area's. where 90% of the doors are unusable. poor challenge cards where you cant even combine multiple cards to make unique challenge runs. no storyline or cutscenes, no training area. very limited exploration, and following other players around with bad tactics like door/hallway/corridor ass grabbing, holding hands singing kumbaya and they don't know how how to effectively use their controls or abilities, mediocre class builds. Then this ideally game is for those of you who have to much money to waste and don't care about the game, Just the idea of it.. The only thing that is good is the gameplay gunning down xeno's and bosses, everything else is half arsed, flashy graphics. with no tools or workshop available to create maps, game modes, etc
You won't find a more honest opinion about the game anywhere else, others will just try to cake it with icing. This game has died out faster than colonial marines. That is a fact.
Multiplayer action coop rank :
1) World War Z (multiple updates still 3 years after its release, a long lifespan, the time to level up all the weapons in horde mode in order to do the missions in the highest difficulty in the campaign, there are about 400 hours of play, so you can count on at least double or triple ; a present difficulty ; pleasant feeling of shooting dozens of undead)
I put the following 3, but honestly they do not represent/anymore a good investment because of their lifespan and their too great ease due to all the Kevins and all the Karens who cry on the forums because they want to be as strong as people whose skill they do not have, and that the editors have decided to help by throwing out all those who play video games for the challenge through the difficulty (that the Kevins and the Karens will call nerds, try-harders and many other qualifiers to convince themselves that they are not the ones who are completely useless and have a bird's brain, finally "people who do not spend their life on video games" they will say, well yes, you did not know that ? People who are good at video games necessarily spend their life on (...) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of noobs. Do not have any pity towards them in the games, shoot them directly, because they have none to destroy our games for their own sake, and since it shortens the lifespan of games to go in their direction, publishers are happy because people are forced to consume more of these games with their voluntarily shortened lifespan :
2) Helldivers 2 (400 hours of fun maximum ; but that was before the update that lowered the difficulty of the maximum difficulty (???). Now this game is no longer of any interest, it has become a sandbox for noobs)
3) Space Marine 2 (200 really enjoyable hours in coop, time it will take you to level up all the weapons and armor ; then we don't dwell on it because the melee is much too present compared to the shooting, which boils down to pressing the same button while doing dodges or parries : annoying after a while, even if the game is beautiful)
4) Aliens Fireteam Elite (before the patch to encourage the arrival of noobs in the highest difficulty levels, like Helldivers 2, this game was the ultimate co-op. Many people, including myself, have spent more than 1400 hours on it, some are at 2500 today, because the pleasure of shooting in this game (in addition in the alien universe) is enormous, you quickly become addicted to redoing the levels with different, modifiable weapons, and modifiable talent trees that you use in the game. The shooting sensations are unmatched to this day for this kind of game, you don't come to play, you come to use the weapons. But that was before the noob patch that made the difficulty of the game collapse and therefore its interest. Now you tag with guys, not content with knowing that you usually need someone to choose the one that gives ammo, who uses a build that allows you to spam a key and send rockets everywhere... not to mention the fact that the cards (which give bonuses) have become free : always a guy to choose a card +25% damage for each mission. Don't trust this publisher for the next games, he's the kind to make you hope for nothing, then sell his soul at the end in order to attract noobs and make money one last time by destroying the game)
So the summary is that at the moment only World War Z is a reliable game, both in terms of quality and lifespan.
