Would someone be able to create a spawn mod?

I have an idea for a simple ish mod, not sure.
Does anyone know of or would be able to make a mod that would make it so that Synths could spawn on any mission? like randomly?
I would love to have the veriety of having synths spawn sometimes instead of xenos or visa versa.

The fact that he doesn't release his mod should be a red flag to anyone.
He is probably modding more than just the enemy spawns and such.

Yeah. He's not very friendly. Maybe someone else will swing by with suggestions or website links to AFE mods. I personally don't mod or I would share some.

There are plenty of mods but be careful most of these mods use memory hooking, meaning this can mess with your game and or your unlocked items.
Not the first time people have complained that they lost all their progression and only later it became publically known that they were using mods.

Theres a challenge card for that, Its called Robot Carnival.
It periodically spawns a squad of syths, these are hostile not only to you but also to non synthetic enemies as well so they will get into fights with the Xeno and Pathogen if they are present.
