It isn't proper punctuation to link these two pieces together into one sentence with a comma, with either culture.
Edit I digress: let's get back to the topic.
It needed a quick play queue because it was impossible to get games going otherwise. While OP says otherwise this was actually requested a lot.
But instead of adding a "horde QP" option on the 2nd page they just added all the horde modes into the normal campaign QP queue. That's the problem.
Removing content is worse choice imo
