I've checked the task manager, the gpu usage is at 10%, it's like the game not even using my graphic card....
any fix ??
Have you both tried playing with your graphics card control panel? You can edit settings and restore them back to defaults in case you don't like the changes. Depending on your graphics card manufacturer, for example, mine is listed under "NVIDIA Control Panel".
You can change what gpu your computer / laptop should use. Also, you can set things to application controled. Which let's games and applications settings decide what settings should be used. Just make sure to hit apply or save before exiting. It's all about clicking on each option and seeing what options it provides. Trial and error.
For lower grade systems, you can also change things to run performance wise vs quality. With favoring performance the game will run more smoothly. Also, on power management, it's important to set this to maximum performance.
This part isn't necessary but can help a little is clicking windows start button and typing in "performance" and look for "adjust the appearance and performance of windows". Here you can adjust the quality or performance of windows appearance. I currently have mine on performance which unchecks all the boxes. Hit apply and OK to save and exit.
