Game doesn't include Visual C++ and DirectX redistributables

The game requires the Visual C++ 2015 and DirectX redistributables but neither are included (and the game doesn't depend on the Steamworks Common Redistributables which would provide them). It's been a long time since I've seen something this amateurish. That means if you install on a system that hasn't played any games before it's likely that you'll need to install them manually:

This guy is right my new fresh installed win 10 OS game build w/ 3090 2TB m.2 128g pc3200 11gen/Rocket Lake says Direct X not installed, amateurish ... that stuff is from 2000's.

Anyway install DirectX runtimes : https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=35

Like he/she says above and it will run.

I've been having this issue for days after a fresh start on my PC. I've tried everything that any other discussion suggests, but this actually fixed it. Thank you!!
