How do I unlock specialist elite outfits?

Well that sucks! Got both my gunner and demolisher at rank 8, but it doesn't appear I've unlocked 'em at all.

It's bugged, i only got it for my recon when i hit 8 all others classes at 8 got nothing. We'll see if today's patch fixes this finally.

I just explained the difference between lying and misinformation. If someone is spreading this around, when it isn't even reliably true, I will comment on it.

It's not calling people out, nor am I saying they "make ♥♥♥♥ up".

I guess I am lying. My mistake -- I actually have my Specialist Elite outfits for my Gunner, Technician, Doc, and Demolisher, as well as Recon.

I must have them somewhere since I played solo with bots. Therefore by this logic, I have the rewards. I just checked and I feel so silly now. They're invisible! I even have the Specialist Elite outfit for reaching max level with the Phalanx class!
