mouse input lag?

how to explain my issue... very often left/right mouse button do nothing. feels like a 3-5 sec lag befor i can shoot/zoom again

im the only one with this issue?

ok, i testet around in the "lobby" and the problem comes when you press the buttons too fast. the game dont recognize the input (button down) and do nothing u must release press again and you can shoot/zoom again. please fix this.

Yeah I´ve got a simalar problem. After turning the camera I can´t ADS or Shoot.
I have to move the camera agin to be able to.

My friends don´t have any problems.
I tried reinstalling the game and let steam check for damaged data.

yup got the same issue makes me feel like i'm doing something wrong or my mouse isn't working. but i have tested it on other games and its fine. makes smart gun very difficult to use.

Yeah, old issue and I had the same. After changing some gear and the OS, this issue doesn't occure anymore. Changed from Razer to Logitech and the main culprit was the Synapse software. Synapse messed up all the peripherals, even congratulated me for purchasing a Razer product after I plugged in my new mouse.

Solved issues for me:

- Input lag Keyboard and Mouse (sometimes up to 10 sec. freeze time)
- Stuck in ADS

F it, yeah software was the culprit. Main issue causers at my rig were Synapse and Ryzen Master. If you uninstall the software, make sure that you clean up the registry.

Tested my new Logitech mouse with and without Synapse and Ryzen Master installed. Issues were only present with the software installed. In this case, not the game's fault.

It's not the hardware itself nor is it the game. I changed it because my Razer mouse always had issues, not because of the hardware it is the crappy software.

Just tested it with a fresh system, clean windows install, only drivers no software. No issues but after installing all the bloated crap which is "necessary" system is behaving like before, input lags in games (not only aliens), game minimizes itself and so on.

So I decided to go with only one company and I had Logitech gear the most and decided to go full Logi.
But even Logitech has crappy software, have a wireless keyboard for browsing and it comes with seperate software which completely messes everything up.

List goes on and on, this issue has not really something to do with the game, thought so myself first but it isn't the games fault in this case.

But I haven't played it in a while and the last couple of matches haven't shown any issues regarding the controls.

Razer mouse here - had to disable all the software within hours of buying the mouse because it was causing issues all over the place. Can confirm the software is laggy as hell on everything.

Same issue. Logitech mouse, probably interference with the software controlling lighting.

i turned my razer software off and still got lag. it makes the game almost unplayable

Can confirm it's due to razor mouses specifically, went out and bought a 25$ steelseries and it works just fine, no more heavy mouse movements or weird mouse sensitivity, sadly I've found no other way to fix this, other sites say to increase resolution scale to 200, this slightly fixes it for the razor mouse but not entirely, so for now the only fix is to buy a mouse that is not razor :(
