Just encountered my first cheater

So we get into the game and someone was able to put down 10 turrets, unlimited ammo and 9999 hps at level 1 of the horde run. Probably using cheat engine. If they want to cheat, by all means you play you, but not any fun to play like that.

Sounds like a loser. He's cheating not only the game, but himself.

I got my experience with cheaty a.s.s too. the guy I met will replenish hp instantly.

Not seen any cheaters, I have seen a bot though or at least he behaved like one, walking into walls, seen this a few times with high prestige players who just stay to the back line all time and don't even shoot.

why would they do that? you mean like afk and let the team do the work for the win and scrip?

Well I assume so, it really doesn't make any sense why you would do something like that in this game.

Actually they can get banned... also if you report to Steam, they can infact complete game/account ban someone for cheating... with no need for VAC. If using a third party software app effects other users negatively... it's against Steam TOS... even using a trainer in multiplayer. Just need the evidence and they will investigate.

Do screencap or even better record, report them to devs AND Steam. If nothing happens there is at least a permanent marker on that account and it will be read in any further investigations.

@Cheaters:

Simply... Don't cheat in multiplayer games as you ruin other peoples experiences and you will lose the money you spent on that game. Noone is going to share any sympathy for you and the whole "my brother was on my PC" doesn't work here.
